The purchase of travel and/or other products on this website constitutes an agreement between you (the travel party or duly appointed agent) and Eden Holidays. The following terms and conditions form part of such agreement.

1. Responsibility of Eden Holidays
Once you finalise the booking with us, you will receive the invoice verifying your transaction and descriptions of your itinerary including hotel vouchers and car rental information as and where relevant.
Receipt of this invoice creates your final opportunity to confirm the accuracy of the information that will be printed on your travel documents.
Please contact Eden Holidays immediately; upon receiving your invoice if you observe any inaccurate information, failing which, Eden Holidays shall not be accountable or responsible for any errors and/or exclusions related to your booking.
2. User obligations
You, the consumer, confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the lawful right to enter into this contract and to use this website in harmony with all terms and conditions herein.Also you attest that all information given by you and your family/companions travelling; is correct.
3. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to get in touch with us and collect all the necessary travel documents. Eden Holidays is not responsible for any and all consequences of inappropriate or missing travel documents.
A valid passport is a must for all travel outside your country. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for six months past the date of return to your country of residence. Being in possession of a valid passport and VISA, at all times, throughout the travel, is your responsibility.
Citizens born in certain countries may require a VISA in addition to a valid passport.
If you are a Canadian resident then;
One parent travelling with a child under the age of 18 may have to get a letter of consent signed by the parent not travelling, with the certification of a notary public.
Customers are accountable for making sure which documents are needed, including entry visas and then making certain that they have all other necessary documents in hand before departure. Customers unable to provide the required documents may be turned down boarding privileges by the flight or appropriate officials, without further options or the likelihood of a refund. Entry into another country may also be declined to a customer even if he or she has the required travel documents including entry VISA due to the respective country’s laws and legislations.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
Consideration of our customers’ confidentiality is of highest significance to Eden Holidays. Eden Holidays under no circumstances sell the names of individual customers or any information taken from their personal profile to third parties.
All firsthand communication between you and Eden Holidays remains confidential. In order to fulfill the need of booking your trip and processing transactions related thereto, however, we do require certain basic personal information.
When you reserve or buy travel services through Eden Holidays, we would be required to communicate such information about you and your purchase to booking/processing partners; the tour operator, the air carrier or any other travel product or service provider involved in providing such services or products and or to such agents or their approved parties thereof.
While Eden Holidays would make every effort to ensure respect for your privacy, it should be understood that for the need of confirming and coordinating such tour requirements and arrangements, Eden Holidays may choose to disclose such information to third parties as deemed necessary.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices, unless specified otherwise, are in US$(USD/United States Dollars). Prices may be increased at any time and for any reason.
Payments should be deposited into our company bank account, and a valid receipt pertaining to the payment must be retained for reference.
The travel products and services you book must be fully paid for at the time of finalising the booking. The respective invoice/invoices will be sent to you for making such booking. Upon payment, you consent to and agree with the booking terms and conditions whether or not you have physically signed such invoice or receipt. This transaction is final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Neither the buyer, who is purchasing the services nor the customer may modify any details of the transaction. Booking of travel services constitutes a contract between the customer and Eden Holidays.
Cancellations & Modifications
Depending on your consent with the cancellation and or modification policies of each tour operator or product/service supplier, Eden Holidays may charge a fee for any booking cancellation or modifications.
6. Travel Insurance
Eden Holidays strongly propose the purchase of travel insurance, including cancellation insurance and international health insurance through your local insurance provider.
7. Liability for Products & Services and Customer Advisory
You accept that Eden Holidays acts as middle-person between you and hotels, transportation services and tour operators and other services/products selected by you.
Consequently, Eden Holidays cannot be held liable towards you or your fellow travellers for services rendered and/or the products offered, by such third party providers.
Eden Holidays shall not be accountable and undertakes no risk for the obligations, or any default or negligence, of third-party providers and for any damages including, among other things, damages due to delay, cancellation, loss of goods, sickness, injury, accident, quality of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, acts of God or force majeure.
In foreign destinations socio economic standards and practices, as well as circumstances with regard to the prearrangement of services and accommodation, may contrast and differ from those that you are familiar with.
Pictures presented on this website are for information purposes only: images and other graphic content should not be depended on for the determination of your booking and cannot be measured as part of this agreement.
